The origin
Since before the 2017 ICO boom, I've focused my work on a simple premise: technology transforms societies when the systems behind it are open, reliable and accessible, so more people can take part in building the global digital infrastructure.
I've helped raise quality standards in fintech, banking, edtech, e-commerce and blockchain; many of those products are now part of the digital infrastructure used by millions of people.
The impact
Through the educational and community initiatives I lead, more than 120,000 testers in 80 countries have been trained and more than 15,000 people have been introduced to the blockchain ecosystem, connecting emerging talent with global tech communities.
I run community beta-testing sessions where tech communities try out and evaluate new applications. And with women-in-STEM communities, we've driven initiatives that grew female participation in hackathons from 15% to 28% since 2020.
The vision
I deeply believe in the power of tech communities to transform regions and open new opportunities. I take part in projects that promote reliable digital infrastructure, open ecosystems and real access to knowledge.
